Be sure to join us at First Covenant Church for an exciting VBS as we explore outer space together and find that God is Stellar: Shine Jesus’ Light! Our fun-filled VBS week will share God’s love with your children every morning from 9:00 to 12:00. Each day, your kids will be a part of fun Bible learning that they can see, hear, touch, and even taste. Enjoying fun crafts, team-building games, catchy songs, munchies at Galactic Snacks and Memory Buddies are just a few of the Stellar activities that help grow a faith in Jesus Christ in your children’s lives. Kids will also be looking for God in everyday life and
sharing “God Sightings” with one another.
As kids learn about God’s love, they’ll also enjoy the exciting Bible adventures, finding the Treasure Verses, and making some awesome crafts (always a favorite
with all of the kids).
It’s all very “hands-on” here at our VBS, So please make sure to send them in play clothes and safe shoes. Your children will even have the chance to participate in a missions project to help needy children with their school supplies right here in Peoria!
Our Stellar VBS is going to be great fun for children of all ages--even our teenaged Mission Team Leaders. Parents, grandparents, and friends are invited to join us here at First Covenant on Friday night for our Ice Cream Lunar Landing--an exciting celebration of God’s love and finale to the kids’ week that you will not want to miss!
So mark the dates on your calendar now, encourage your children to invite their friends to join them, and please fill out the registration form to the right and send it in. Early registration is strongly encouraged, though we will have an open registration on Monday, July 17th, at 8:30 a.m.
